My card usually sits between 45-48c so I'm not sure why my system thought it necessary to constantly turn the fans on and off. The fans in general seem weird/off to me as the stock fan curve has them on idle constantly switching on and off even with low temps (30-40c). I was able to determine the exact fan by messing with fan speeds. But I was somewhat disappointed when I realized that the fans would rattle for about 1-2 seconds every minute or so.
