  1. Sim card recognized but no signal, Solved: Sim will not continue to write/write any books. My Sims cannot move in to another household if they are asked to. Thank you. Edit to add: There is no DLC option showing up in my library, and searching "Sim points" brings up a bunch of results for nothing but Sims 4. @ValTheWolf If you've downloaded a sim along with custom content, the cc needs to go into your Mods folder, not into Tray where you put the sim. Another edit: If anyone wants an actual non-EA-affiliated answer, I finally figured it out: 1. Maybe it is a clone of the original batch of chili. I use Origin to play/open the game on my laptop. Under Installed Games, click Sims 3 (don't hit the play icon, hit the game name I can't click my sim in Sims 4. EA is not being subtle.
